Mindful Action - Exploring walking

The first time you walked independently was a BIG milestone in your life. Begin perfecting what you started those many years ago.


This workshop series offers you a set of carefully crafted lessons addressing balance, coordination, posture, rhythm, and timing -- all vital ingredients of walking. You will do many lessons whilst actually walking, so literally you'll be learning on your feet.


The mind-body-based methods that you'll experience in this workshop are a superb means for creating more sustainable ways of moving yourself through life, enabling you to foster personal wellness, and develop abilities that are meaningful for you.


Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular, attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain a vital personal practice, you'll receive FREE audio recordings of lessons from each session in which you enrolled.


Generally these workshops are intended for people in a good state of physical and mental health.  If you are experiencing medically related difficulties, or undertaking rehabilitation, please contact the presenter, prior to enrolling, to discuss your interests and needs.
